Ingredients
* 1 banana
* 1 tbs coconut butter
* 2 cup coconut water or coconut milk
* 1 1/2 cup ice
* 2 cups frozen pineapple
Directions
Blend everything together besides the coconut butter since it tends to clump and get hard (when cold and blended). After blending everything warm the coconut butter, pour in and blend right way. Enjoy!!
This pina colada was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. I have also now tried it with coconut milk, but in my opinion I prefer the coconut water. Have you tried this or something similar? What are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you, so comment below!

How to Make Homemade Fabric/Air Freshener
I used to use fabric fresheners to not only spray curtains, couches, but even the air. Oh oh oh.. I know this is not good now & cringe when I think I actually used this stuff. Yesterday I decided I wanted some spray to help with the freshness (couches, curtains etc). I decided I would make my own. No fabric softener in this recipe, this one is all natural!
What you'll need
A spray bottle
Essential oil of your choice I used Purify and Wild Orange from doTERRA
Distilled water
What to do next
Fill spray bottle with water, add Essential Oils, put top back on and shake! There you go. Easy as that. Spray anywhere that you would like to freshen up, carpets, couches, curtains, mattresses, your car and even the air! I love the way this combo smells. Very refreshing without the harsh chemicals and love that I my children can also use it!
Enjoy! Leave me a comment and let me know if you tried it!

Doing a Paleo Lifestyle & Loving It!!
I have been hearing about this Paleo stuff for awhile now. If you are like me you probably have wondered about it or even read up on it. Well, a few weeks ago I thought I had a stomach bug. Couldn't keep anything in. So, I just sipped on water, some Organic Broth and a bit of some Organic Juices. A couple days went by and I tried to eat.... bad idea. I couldn't keep it in! UGH. So, I went back to the broth and juice. I would also have my tea with some honey. I started feeling so much better physically. And was like hmmm... My wonderful cousin mentioned something about gluten and thought it could be some sort of intolerance. Around that time I had also seen a comment from someone asking what was the noninflammatory diet, the other person responded and said Paleo. From there I started looking up what I can and can't eat on this Paleo diet. One of the things I found was cheese.. AHHHHHHHHHH. I thought I could never do something like this. I LOVE LOVE cheese and would put it just about on anything. During this time, I had absolutely no craving for cheese, sweets or even carbs etc... weird. So I decided since I'm going to start eating again (hopefully I will be able to keep everything in), this time what was on the list for Paleo. This was almost 2 weeks ago, and I have never felt better. This is the longest I have ever gone without cheese and I don't even miss it. I have lost 13 lbs to date.I don't think I will ever go back eating the way I did before. I'm hooked. It wasn't even hard for me, because of not feeling well and being on liquid for those days. I don't even think of it as a "Paleo Diet" but rather a "Paleo lifestyle". I would never say I'm soooooo glad I got sick, except this one time. I'm really glad I did! Are you or have you thought of trying Paleo?

Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass is my absolute favorite right now. There are so many ways you can use it. I started using Lemongrass oil for my pain mixed with some peppermint and fractionated coconut oil for my ankle, thigh and back. Every night and morning I would rub some in and it helped sooo much. I started also wanting to organize more and get rid of a lot of things that weren't needed etc. I didn't realize that for emotions lemongrass also helps with hoarding! What?! My pain is gone but I still rub it in the areas where I was getting that pain. The pain has been there for awhile now and I'm so thankful to God that it's gone. Inhale the oil that is left on my hand after rubbing it in. So my pain is gone and an added blessing is I'm getting so much in order. So refreshing, it's become a favorite scent as well. Have you ever tried lemongrass for anything? What did you think? I gave a roller bottle to my dad for his kidneys, since it's supposed to help with kidneys. Praying that it will help!

New Look
I wanted to give everyone a heads up about the new look and name for my blog! I know that some people followed for certain reasons so if you feel you need to unfollow or unsubscribe I totally understand. I'm not one for change normally, but I felt it was time. How does it look? Any ideas on what things I might need to add on the sidebar? I would love to hear from you if you have any suggestions!

Homemade Pore Strips (Recipe)!!
Have you ever used Biore Cleansing Pore Strips? You know, the ones that remove blackheads. I have a very long time ago when they first came out. Well yesterday while looking up different ways to get rid of blemishes I came across on how to make your own blackhead removal strips! I tried it and OMGoodness! It worked just as good as the ones you pay tons of money on plus it was pretty cheap to make! No more blackheads for me! I will always use this recipe and give it 5 stars! I wanted to share with you so you can make your own too.
If you have allergies to milk and or gelatin do not use.
Let me know how much you love this one since I know you will! As soon as my husband comes home I'm so going to have him do this too!!!
If you have allergies to milk and or gelatin do not use.
-Combine 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin and 1 1/2 tsp. of any type of milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir carefully with a spoon until completely mixed.
-Place the gelatin and milk mixture in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds. After removing the mixture, touch it with your fingers to make sure it is not hot or scalding before putting it on your face. (I put mine in for 15 secs and had to wait till it cooled down)

-Apply a thin coating of the gelatin mixture to your nose using your fingertips. If the mixture is too thick, it will not dry.
-Wait 10 to 15 minutes, or until the mixture dries completely. The gelatin is opaque when it is wet, and will become translucent when it is dry.
-Pull your skin while carefully peeling the gelatin strip off your nose. As you remove the gelatin strip blackheads and dirt will stick to the gelatin, clearing your pores!!!
Let me know how much you love this one since I know you will! As soon as my husband comes home I'm so going to have him do this too!!!
